Brisbane North PHN is moving!

Brisbane North PHN will be relocating our office from Home Co. Lutwyche to a space in Chermside from January 2026.  

This relocation positions the PHN for the future, providing a fit-for-purpose, accessible office, central to our region – enabling us to continue our vital work with the community and providers. We will continue to deliver our programs and services seamlessly, ensuring there is minimal disruption to our work. 

The Lutwyche office will physically close from Friday 7 November 2025, however the PHN will remain fully operational, and our phone and email contact details will stay the same.   

We will continue to keep GPs and stakeholders up to date and informed.
