Primary Sense priority 2 Incident update
All Public Health Networks (PHNs) have been affected by the Primary Sense P2 incident on April 7, which resulted in the extractors being offline and consequently hampered data processing.
It was discovered that the extraction of pathology results for ‘HFE’ testing was not functioning correctly, although other naming conventions for this test were still being extracted. To mitigate any confusion during this period, the prompt for 'Consider Haemochromatosis testing' has been temporarily disabled.
Practices do not need to take any action at this stage. Primary Sense anticipate that they will be able to reinstate the prompt on either April 11 or April 14, 2025.
If you are still experiencing issues after April 14, please contact Practice Support team by calling 07 3490 3495 or email practicesupport@brisbanenorthphn.org.au.
